Add Page to Monitor

Experiments have shown that real modularization, that is, the ability for package builders to produce independent code that gets integrated with the Monitor automatically, proves to be considerably more effort than manual/guided implementation of features in the Monitor. We currently do not have enough resources to consider an automatic approach.
